Effective Date: May 1st 2024
Thank you for choosing our PMP exam training program. We want to ensure you feel confident as you prepare for your PMP exam, which is why we offer a Pass Guarantee. By enrolling in our training program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility for Pass Guarantee
To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must complete the entire training program with us.
- You must sit for your PMP exam within 30 days after completing your training (for students in the United States) or within 45 days (for students outside the United States).
- Your failure to pass the PMP exam must be on your first attempt.
2. Retake Cost Coverage
If you do not pass your PMP exam on the first attempt, we will cover the cost of one PMP exam retake under the following conditions:
- The Member Exam Retake cost as of the date of your claim submission will be refunded via a rebate to your original payment method for the training program.
- To process your claim, we require submission of the necessary documentation (outlined below).
- The Pass Guarantee covers one retake only. If you fail the exam more than once, the cost of additional retakes will not be covered.
3. Claim Process
To claim the Pass Guarantee, please follow these steps:
- Submit your PMP exam report: This must include your name that matches your name in our records, your score and the official exam result notification from PMI.
- Ensure that you took the exam within the specified timeframe (30 days for U.S. students or 45 days for international students) after completing your training.
- Submit your claim within 14 days of taking the exam. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for the Pass Guarantee.
4. Scheduling Limitations
While we encourage all students to schedule their exam as soon as possible, please note that we are not responsible for scheduling challenges caused by exam center capacity issues or delays with online proctoring. If you encounter difficulties scheduling your exam within the 30 or 45-day timeframe, we recommend contacting PMI’s customer service for assistance. However, these scheduling issues will not affect your eligibility for the Pass Guarantee as long as you submit your claim within the appropriate time after your exam date.
5. Non-Transferability
The Pass Guarantee benefit is non-transferable and can only be used by the student who enrolled in the training program. It cannot be transferred to another person or assigned to a different student.
6. Additional Terms
- The Pass Guarantee covers only one retake of the PMP exam. If you need to take the exam more than once, the cost of any subsequent attempts will not be covered.
- This benefit applies only to the PMP exam offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and does not extend to any other certification exams.
- If you do not sit for the exam within the required timeframe (30 or 45 days), the Pass Guarantee will be void.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Pass Guarantee at any time. If any changes occur, we will notify you accordingly.
7. General Terms
- By enrolling in the PMP exam training, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact our support team at customerservice@projectedllc.com.
