1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings for PMP (Project Management Professional) training services must be confirmed in writing no later than twenty-five (25) calendar days prior to the scheduled class start date. Confirmation is only considered valid upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit, if applicable.
2. Scheduling and Availability
Instructor availability is reserved exclusively for the Client upon confirmation. The agreed training dates will be held and removed from general availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
More than 25 Days Prior to Start Date:
Cancellations made more than twenty-five (25) days prior to the class start date may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty, except for any non-refundable costs already incurred.
Within 25 Days of Start Date:
Cancellations made within twenty-five (25) days of the scheduled class start date will result in the Client being responsible for:
All incurred costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, materials, and administrative expenses; and
A Lost Opportunity Fee equal to [insert % or fixed amount, e.g., 30–50% of total contract value], representing the inability to rebook the reserved instructor time.
4. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule within twenty-five (25) days of the class start date will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Travel and Expenses
Where applicable, the Client agrees to reimburse all reasonable travel and related expenses incurred by the Instructor. Any prepaid or non-refundable expenses will be billed to the Client in full.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the training.
7. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
