The Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to refer candidates to our online PMP® Exam Prep classes in exchange for commission on qualifying enrollments. Participation is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in the Affiliate Program is open only to residents and citizens of the United States physically located within the United States. Affiliates must conduct all promotional activities from within the United States.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate participation if eligibility requirements are not met.
Affiliate participation requires prior approval. Approval does not guarantee ongoing participation. We reserve the right to revoke affiliate status at any time for non-compliance with these terms or conduct inconsistent with the intent of the program.
Referrals are tracked using unique discount codes and/or referral links assigned to each Affiliate. Commissions are earned only on enrollments properly attributed to the Affiliate’s assigned code or link at the time of registration.
Commissions are earned only on paid enrollments for qualifying classes. Enrollments that are canceled, refunded, or reversed for any reason are not eligible for commission. Commission rates and structures will be communicated separately upon approval.
Approved commissions are paid on the last Friday of each calendar month, provided the minimum payout threshold has been met.
Commission payments are issued via check or PayPal, as selected by the Affiliate. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. We are not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect information.
Affiliates will receive a monthly statement of earnings detailing referred enrollments, qualifying commissions, and payment status.
Affiliates agree to represent our brand, programs, and services accurately and professionally at all times.

Any misrepresentation of the brand, product, or company may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Affiliates are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with commission payments received. We do not provide tax or legal advice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
